Michael Lo Sordo (retailed at Net-a-Porter) is a premium name in Australian women’s luxury fashion. Over 75k followers love the timeless staple pieces that represent the modern women.
         My main objective is to elevate campaigns and branding across socials, website and marketing material ultimately increasing engagement and revenue.
Using lookbook images from new and old collections that were in stock, organic images from influencers, and editorial images from publications;
        my purpose was to lay out the images in a way where it flows smoothly, balancing the contrast of the model’s posing, red negative space, colour and unique detail of clothing pieces and ensuring there are breaks in between (b&w, heavy black bg) so there’s no overload of the colour red. 
        One row (2nd top row) would be specifically dedicated to editorial images that featured MLS clothing. 

  






When it comes to social media reels, I always go for 8-15sec videos that is fast paced, dynamic, with minimal words.
      This ensures the viewers attention is quickly captured and engaged throughout the video, whilst giving the brand the opportunity to connect to the viewer  through strong imagery, message, and music (depending on the collection).
      This is to evoke the feeling of intrigue and want, whether it’s a desire for the product or a want to be involved or part of the brand.


















Note: These were BTS videos shot on iphone by designer or assistant. My role was to edit them dynamic enough to launch the collection.  
      1st video: I prioritised videos with movement. I decided to use a combination of VCR effects, opacity and cropping in at the videos to highlight unique detailing of clothing. I wanted this video to convey to the viewer an effortlessly cool, party, premium feeling which tied in with the collection theme.
      2nd video: Using iphone clips of Paris gates and trees, I decided to cut the video of the model twirling in between adding the storytelling juxtaposition of the car moving and her twirling. Embodying the feeling to the viewer of grace movement and femininty.
